The Army will be able to oversee and carry out training centralizedy thanks to the ALMS’s improved systems-of-record. The Army’s main system for managing individual training records, unit training plans, and course completions is the Army Learning Management System (ALMS). All data related to military education and training can be accessed through the web-based ALMS program.
